iTrek Lite helps improve your speed and technique in a variety of activities as well as helping to keep you fit, it allows users that are going for a walk, run, jog hike, climb, or bike ride to race against a virtual athlete as a way to maintain a certain pace.
The virtual athlete or virtual runner has his average speed set by you the user. You may choose to use the average speeds of your previous runs, jogs, walks, cycling and hikes if you wish. You may also download virtual athletes or virtual runners, uploaded by other iTrek users, to compete against.
